Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CelerPack.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Quoting and Pricing

  • All prices provided in our quotes are based on the specifications shared by the client (size, style, quantity, print, etc.).

  • Quotes are valid for 4 weeks from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • CelerPack reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in raw materials, scope, or volume.

2. Custom Orders

  • All packaging products are made-to-order and customized as per client requirements.

  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to verify artwork, box dimensions, and materials before final approval.

3. Payments

  • We require 50% upfront payment to initiate production and the remaining 50% prior to shipping.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, Stripe, and PayPal (fees may apply).

  • Production timelines begin after payment and artwork approval.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround is 4–7 business days after artwork approval.

  • Larger or complex orders may require additional time — this will be communicated in advance.

  • Delays caused by incomplete files, payment issues, or client inaction are not our responsibility.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer both domestic and international shipping.

  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.

  • CelerPack is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs processing.

6. Returns & Claims

  • As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

  • Any issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.

  • CelerPack will assess the claim and may offer reprints, partial refunds, or credit, based on the situation.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks, logos, and branding submitted by the client remain their property.

  • CelerPack will never share or reuse client assets without permission.

  • Designs created by our in-house team remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Website Use

  • You may not use this site or its content for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • CelerPack reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

CelerPack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the order in question.
